At Control Technologies, we stand behind the precision and quality of our electronic components and offer a 30-day return window for all unused items. We aim to make the exchange process as seamless as possible to ensure your projects stay on schedule.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is visible for rapid processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
